SOVIP is a website and mobile application providing online tourism and related services to customers. By using the SOVIP website, mobile application or any name prescribed by Softcakes Co., Ltd., a limited liability company (“SOVIP”, “We,” “Our,” or “Us“), is deeply committed to protecting the privacy and security of our customers (the “User” or “Customers”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard customer’s personal information when customers interact with SOVIP and the services we offer, such as hotel reservations, car rental, customization trip (collectively referred to as “Products and Services“).
