Terms & Conditions SOVIP Car with Driver Services

1. The Ride Only: Car & Driver package covers: vehicle rental with a driver only. It does not include fuel costs, expressway tolls, parking fees, or any other incidental expenses not explicitly stated above. The customer is responsible for paying these additional expenses directly to the relevant service provider, not through SOVIP.
2. A full-day service includes a maximum of 10 consecutive hours starting from the customer’s chosen pickup time. The service can start at any time of the day.
3. In the event of service usage exceeding the agreed time, the customer agrees to pay an overtime fee of THB 1,000 per hour, rounded up to the next full hour. To extend service hours, the customer must notify SOVIP’s Operations Team in advance at [email protected] or via LINE ID: @sovip. An official invoice for the additional charges will be sent via email on the next business day.
4. For trips to out-of-town areas where no accommodation is provided for the driver, the customer agrees to pay a driver accommodation fee of THB 500 per night, or the actual lodging cost incurred, whichever applies. SOVIP reserves the right to charge this fee in addition to the regular service rate.
5. For safety and comfort, SOVIP limits the number of passengers to a maximum of 4 persons per vehicle, regardless of age. This restriction applies to all passengers—adults and children alike—to comply with transportation safety standards.
6. Full payment must be made on the day of booking to confirm the reservation.
7. Cancellation Policy:
   1. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the service date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
   2. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, or any reduction in service duration during the trip, are non-refundable under all circumstances.
8. Reservation Change Policy: Once a booking has been confirmed via email by SOVIP staff, any changes requested thereafter will be accommodated based on service availability. Additional charges may apply to cover incurred administrative or operational costs.
9. Prices are subject to change based on any modifications to the customer’s travel itinerary.
10. For long-distance trips, the driver is required to take a break every 2 hours for safety.
11. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
12. It is forbidden to carry illegal items in the vehicle.
13. Travel to hazardous areas is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to: flood zones, landslide-prone areas, wildfire zones, or protest sites.
14. Weapons and food with strong odors are not allowed inside the vehicle.
15. All package prices are inclusive of 7% Value Added Tax (VAT).
16. SOVIP reserves the right to adjust these service terms and conditions as deemed appropriate.
